Can I return Stance products purchased at another retailer?
Extended 60-day returns on all orders valid until 4th January 2024.
Yes - if you are based in the UK you can send your product back to us, if it is in an unused condition and the packaging or tag has not been opened, free of charge.
If you would like to return your order for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days. Please visit the link below and print out a returns label from Royal Mail:

If you wish to return this product, please contact the customer service and we will arrange a collection upon their approval.
If your Stance product has inadvertently become damaged during transit, or there is a fault with the product, please contact us to organise your return. One of our team members will be in contact to organise your return.
We will offer a refund on all orders, if the product is sent back to us in its original condition within 30 days of ordering.
Socks - Socks must be unworn and have the tags attached.
Underwear - All underwear (men's, boy's & women's) must be unworn and unopened in the original packaging.
T-Shirts - T-Shirts must be unworn and still have the tags attached.
Stance Europe cannot refund any delivery charges, unless an item is faulty or sent in error. Please use the free returns label link from Royal Mail above for all returns.

Once we receive your item as a return, it can take up to 5 working days to process your return. Any refunds issued can take up to 7 days to appear in your account. We can only refund the account that originally made the purchase.

Stance Europe is only able to accept returns of orders placed directly through www.stance.eu.com If you purchased your product elsewhere, please return it directly to that retailer.
